(1) If the directorate requests the details of the execution of the judgment, fines and government defects and goods, the relevant district court and quasi-judicial bodies shall send such details to the directorate as soon as possible.
(2) The directorate will update the details received according to sub-rule (1) district wise.
(3) Every High Court shall send to the concerned District Court for any charge of imprisonment, fines and government errors to the concerned District Court and inform the Directorate thereof.
(4) The court or other judicial body shall send to the directorate monthly the details of imprisonment, fines and government errors.
(5) If there is a change in the initial judgment through an appeal, reconsideration, review or permission, and there is a change in the charges related to imprisonment, fines or government misdemeanor charges according to the initial judgment, the charges should be sent to the relevant district court to update accordingly and the information should be given to the directorate.< br> (6) If the cash bond is not recovered within one year from the date of finalization of the judgment, such amount should be tied to the income of the revenue.
